The AAD Performance C015-0000 billet fuel rails replace the factory plastic rails on naturally aspirated 5.7, 6.1 and 6.4 litre HEMI engines. Machined from billet aluminum and fitted with -8AN connections, they support high horsepower builds and E85 fuel systems that the factory rails cannot feed.

Installation Instructions

1. Relieve fuel system pressure and disconnect the battery.
2. Remove the intake manifold or air intake components required to reach the factory rails.
3. Disconnect the factory fuel feed and injector connectors.
4. Remove the factory rails with the injectors attached.
5. Transfer the injectors to the new rails and seat every O-ring cleanly.
6. Install the rails, guiding each injector squarely into its bore.
7. Fit the centre hose, plugs and banjo fitting for the factory feed line.
8. Torque the rail fasteners to OEM specification and reconnect the injector harness.
9. Prime the fuel system, then leak-check at operating pressure before starting the engine.
