Installation Overview

1. Lift the vehicle safely and support on appropriate stands or a lift
2. Allow the factory exhaust to cool completely before beginning work
3. Disconnect the OEM cat-back from the catalytic converter outlet flanges
4. Remove the OEM cat-back assembly from the factory rubber hanger isolators
5. Verify the MTP-ME/T/5H and E-ME/T/5 companion parts are both present before beginning installation
6. Position the Akrapovic Evolution Line front section and connect to the catalytic converter outlets
7. Route the rear muffler assembly and hang on the factory rubber isolators
8. Connect the link pipes between the front and rear sections and torque all Akrapovic clamps hand-tight
9. Install the exhaust tips (sold separately) and verify alignment in the rear bumper openings
10. Torque all clamps to specification, start the engine, and verify no exhaust leaks at idle and under load
