Installation Instructions

1. Ensure the vehicle is off and cool before beginning.
2. Locate the PCV connections between your Billet Technology catch can and the valve cover(s).
3. Remove the existing PCV hoses by loosening the hose clamps and pulling the hose ends off the fittings.
4. Route the Billet Technology 4101-1 braided lines in the same path as the factory hoses.
5. Connect the correct ends to the catch can inlet/outlet ports and the valve cover PCV ports.
6. Secure all hose ends with the supplied clamps.
7. Verify no kinks or contact with hot exhaust or rotating components.
8. Start the engine and check all connections for leaks.
