Frequently Asked Questions

What does the Billet Technology 200020 catch can actually do?

The this product intercepts blow-by gases from the 6.2L supercharged HEMI crankcase ventilation system, separates the oil vapor content from the air charge, and collects the oil residue in the billet canister before it can re-enter the intake manifold. This keeps your intake valves and intercooler clean.

How often do I need to empty the catch can?

For most street-driven applications, inspect the catch can every 1,000 to 3,000 miles or at every oil change. High-boost or track-driven vehicles should inspect more frequently. The knurled bottom allows tool-free emptying.

Does the catch can require any wiring or sensor modifications?

No. The this product uses Billet Technology’s original plug-and-play connector system. Installation does not require any wiring modifications or sensor bypasses.

Is this catch can compatible with supercharger pulley upgrades?

Yes. The this product is installed in the PCV system and is independent of supercharger pulley or boost level modifications.

Will the catch can void my powertrain warranty?

Contact your dealer directly regarding any aftermarket component and warranty coverage. Catch cans are a common modification that restore crankcase gases to the intake after separation.

What is included with the catch can?

Refer to the What Is Included section above for a complete list of contents for the this product.

Is the Billet Technology catch can compatible with catch can oil analysis?
