Installation Instructions

1. Ensure the engine is off and cool.
2. Locate the intake manifold baffle plate on the 5.7L or 6.4L HEMI.
3. Remove the OEM fasteners securing the factory plastic baffle plate.
4. Position the Billet Technology 300201 cover over the manifold baffle opening.
5. Install and torque the fasteners to OEM specification.
6. Verify no vacuum or PCV hoses are pinched.
7. Start the engine and inspect for any intake leaks.
