Installation Instructions

1. Allow the cooling system to cool fully before opening. Never open a hot radiator cap.
2. Twist the factory radiator cap counterclockwise one quarter turn to release pressure, then continue to remove.
3. Install the Billet Technology 30011 by threading clockwise onto the radiator neck.
4. Verify the cap seats fully and the pressure locking tabs engage correctly.
5. Start the engine and allow to reach operating temperature.
6. Check for leaks around the radiator cap area after the first heat cycle.
